You've definitely got a handle on the rule of 3rds and diagonals in this photo. and the nice warmness of the orange leaves really helps with this image as its not too busy on the eye.
My only really down point on it is that there is not really an focus or something to draw to the eye towards in the photo. like a person or something interesting at the end of the path.
Also as well you might want to put this into photoshop or something similar to adjust some of the values to make some parts of the image pop out
