Description
This costume should be suited for a Maiko (a sort of apprentice Geisha) since the kimono design and the headpiece is more fancy and colorful than the outfit worn by more mature Geishas. To be more correct, the inner collar of the Maiko outfit should be red (or show red ornamental patterns)

This is correct for a Maiko (Long sleeves, fancy hair and face make up)
For a Geisha, they have short sleeves, no or minimal hair decorations and minimal make up (which I'm sure you know)
