This is a good try, your colours are good, but you need to push your lights and darks for a good value range.
The anatomy of the face is good, and the freckles are lovely, but you need quite a bit of work on the upper bit of the torso and the arm. Try finding full-body pics and doing gesture sketches, you'll see how much you improve after a few sessions! The composition could be much better. Check out the rule of thirds, and try to create your future paintings around that because it really helps. Good luck!
